  1. surprised no one else has had this issue? The only thing i can think of is some sort of redirect but not sure how to.
  2. many years ago i moved my whmcs install from a sub directory to root and reset the IPN Url to point to the new location. all works fine with new subscriptions but have an issue with old subscriptions. I am receiving warning emails from paypal that IPN notifications are failing from old clients who have active subscription payments, the failed URL is from when the whmcs install was in the sub directory. How can i correct or put some sort of redirect in place to point the old IPN URL to the correct one, or if anyone has found another way to sort this issue. I am using version 8.1.3 Thank you

  4. Admins have been busy deleting topics and comments. Each time I refresh another one is gone. Truth hurts comes to mind. been with whmcs for 10 year with an owned licence, disgusting how you treat customers and cannot be trusted. Shame on you
  5. Hi since upgrading to v8 I have noticed when a domain expires and there's an unpaid invoice for that domain, the system seams to automatically cancel the invoice for that domain. Is there an option to stop the invoice being cancelled, I want the invoice left open. Thank you
  6. Thank you for sharing the ticket response, I have this issue. Never used or enabled 2checkout so ovious a bug still exsists when upgrading.

  9. Yes thank you I forgot to mention I got that information and disabled ssl check
  10. Found the answer my self and edited it out of the template. my version of Curl does not support this and I am not updating Curl by using a third party rep. Another unwanted feature, well done WHMCS
  11. After updating to 7.10 in clients account products & service there now shows a red lock that indicates no SSL detected, this is confusing clients as they have SSL enabled on there sites. Where and how is this configured so it shows correctly ? Also shows in my admin as no SSL, even though the sites have SSL?
  12. Good Day Finally upgraded to 7.10 and I have two widgets in my admin that no longer display correctly as there quite old now. I got them free from this community but search is not producing any results. Its possible Brian helped out on one of both, cannot remember Looking for open invoices to show what invoices have not been paid Looking for upcoming renewals for both products and domains Any help appreciated Thank you

  14. Hi Thought i would post an update you on the GB to MB statistics issue i was having. The interworx development team have been working on a fix for this issue and applied a hotfix to my server. The issue has now been corrected and showing disk usage and bandwidth usage correctly. The username (shortend domain name abbreviation) does not effect the login to siteworx through the clients account, i have updated the hosting email template to use clients email address instead of user name.
