  1. Hi Guys, I manually purchased and installed an SSL certificate for one of my domains. There is an order in WHMCS however the Certificate details are blank. Is there anyway to populate these so that I can renew the certificate through WHMCS rather directly through the supplier of the SSL certificate? I'm afraid that if I run the create command it will just create a new certificate rather than renew the one already assigned to the domain. Regards Donna
  2. Thank you - It was indeed the capitalisation, I have no idea how that happened. This is one of the first accounts created to it was a bit of a test case, although it does have a live domain on it so I cannot remove it. Thank you for pointing that out Regards D
  3. Hi All, I'm looking for some advice regarding troubleshooting the single sign on to cPanel from the clients account area. I'm getting the message 'Action Failed Unable to auto-login. Please contact support.' I have checked the server settings and tested the connection successfully. I have also read the Caveats section on this page http://docs.whmcs.com/CPanel_Single_Sign-On but i'm not entirely sure what it means? The module log shows the following for the account I am using to test, the account perfectl does exist in WHM. {"metadata":{"command":"create_user_session","version":1,"reason":"You cannot create a session for the user “Perfectl” because they do not exist.","result":0}} I am a reseller but do not sell reseller hosting. Any advice on what I can check next? regards D

  6. Hi Guys, I am setting up a managed hosting product which will require the customer to email the support desk with any changes they require to their websites. However, this business is generated through a sister site (currently the main domain, whereby whmcs is on a subdomain with its own domain name). For example, the master domain on my hosting account is ###design.co.uk, the whmcs installation is ###hosting.co.uk where ###hosting is a sub domain of ###design.co.uk. I want to pipe and email addressed to ###design.co.uk to my whmcs installation at ###hosting.co.uk which will open a support ticket. Is this even possible? I'd really like to keep everything in one place rather than have to use external support software. Best Regards Donna
  7. Hi All, I have just moved to a new server and everything is up an running except i am getting the above error when trying to click through from WHMCS to cPanel. This happens in the back end and in the client area, aswell as getting a time out in WHM itself. I'm sure its a config issue but I have no idea how to fix it as my host completed the migration for me. Any ideas? Regards Donna
  8. As an update to this, i have managed to get rid of the problem by cancelling the order, re-installing the SSL Store module and recreating the order. Following this I am able to sucessfully complete the configuration from the client area. Regards Donna
  9. Hi All, I am using the SSL Store as my SSL supplier. I am currently testing the certificate configuration in my WHMCS client area however, after pasting in the CSR and filling in the details on the configuressl.php page, after clicking 'Click to continue' i am constantly redirected to the login page. I can then login and go through the process again, only to 'Click to Continue' and be redirected again. I logged a ticket with the SSL Store and after much toing and froing received the following response: I would really appreciate any suggestions with this issue? Edit: As an update, nothing is showing in the module log for this process. Best Regards Donna

  11. As an update, the backend of the module is now working and i am able to update the products in the backend. I had to remove the older version of the module completely and re-install the new version and this rectified the problem. Ok, now back to the original issue, with the new module i cannot even get to the certificate approver email page, as once i hit continue after inserting the generated CSR it get redirected back to the login page? I have passed this back to The SSL Store but am awaiting a response, so i though i would come back here and see if anyone has any suggestions? Best Regards Donna

Hi all, I was wondering if there is an option to send an email in response to a ticket being raised by a customer, automatically after 10 minutes or (what ever time period) just to help manage their expectations? For example, Customer Creates Ticket No-one has picked up the ticket after 10 mins Automatic email sent advising that it is being escalated or passed to 2nd level support Or something like that, as i am on my own at the moment, obviously i am not always at my computer, thus if i cannot get to respond to a ticket in a timely manner it would be great to just email them from a 'virtual support team member' to ensure they do not feel like they have been abandoned. I'm sure my host has such a function as i get email replies from a guy called Bob, saying he will escalate to 2nd level support, but one of their team told me bob was a bot, he also sends the emails to close tickets. I've tried to google but cannot seem to find the right terminology for what this would be known as. If any one knows please could you let me know. Regards Donna
