Thankyou Brian and Chris for your prompt responses. Unfortunately Hostgator only supplied me with the license key via their support ticket and I won't have a WHMCS account with an active package. So getting support would mean going back and forth for days just to verify. Further more I took a stab and resolved my own issue. It had three missing fields in tblquoteitems one of which was posted in my earlier reply. I appreciate the time you guys have taken out to respond to me. Have a great weekend.

Hello, I have been struggling with a problem in WHMCS. My quote system is problematic, I will explain as best I can what the problem is and I will also link a screen grab I made to show whats going on. What Happens? Create Quote - OK Select Client or Add new Client - OK Add product from ( Pre-defined Products ) - Nothing happens, remains blank. Manually enter a description & price - Description stays blank, price updates. [video=youtube_share;rG94wveqhI0] I have contacted hostgator but they have not helped. I use a reseller licence from hostgator of WHMCS. I hope someone can help me. Regards, Anthony
