What we need from our V8.9 Beta Testers

We're excited to announce the beta release of WHMCS 8.9. Be among the first to try out the new features and functionality by getting involved in the beta today.
With this in mind we need your help! The aim with pre-releases is to have them used in as many different configurations and scenarios as possible. There are so many different ways to leverage the functionality available in WHMCS, and so many modules, customizations and add-ons, that nothing beats real-life testing and feedback. Ultimately this allows us to provide a level of Quality Control and Assurance that goes beyond what we can simulate in the lab, and benefits everyone.
And we don't just want to know about things that are broken. It is equally as beneficial to us for you to tell us when you test something and it works as it should, as it is knowing about things we've broken. So please, keep us informed, tell us what you've tried, and what the results were, good or bad, and for those who contribute the most, we'll make sure you are recognized for it. 😃

You might be able to manipulate the Downloads links using some type of symbolic linking, but honestly, you'd probably have an easier, more stable time setting up a custom page or pages to accomplish this. -

What is the version hash used for? This is how it's added to the end of the "scripts.min.js" request URL on the twenty-one template /whmcs/templates/twenty-one/includes/head.tpl <script src="{assetPath file='scripts.min.js'}?v={$versionHash}"></script> It's also added to the end of the "all.min.css" request URL. I am guessing it has something to do with caching. I don't add or check that on my custom provision module JS and CSS files but I am wondering if I should. -

Hi, Is it possible to create a hook to allow the setup fee to be multiplied by the quantity ordered when using the 'allow multiple quantities - Yes - Scaling Service: Each service instance allows a quantity to be defined ' option for product pricing? I am also looking for this to apply to addons too. Willing to pay to have this created. Thanks! -
