Any updates on this?

We use RVSkin and would love to integrate WHMCS into it.

This is an old thread but thought I would check to see if any progress has ever been made?

I am not located to far from the developers of RVskin and if WHMCS would like I can always pay them a visit on your behalf if you think that would help?

The developers from RVSkin have their own ideas of how they want todo things, and since they have such a big market share already, they feel that their clients should fall in with their ways of doing things. They don't like to, want to, or will take up what clients request. Good luck with getting this module done!

P.S. They don't own Modernbill

Interesting thought, why do you think this?

I have offered to visit them if WHMCS thought it might help because I really believe if WHMCS product pricing remains how it is then WHMCS is really going to be able to grab a larger market share and it would only be beneficial to RV to get integrated.

I was going to to use a different billing system because of the integration but decided against it because 1. the pricing 2. the functionality and 3. the design. I believe I could show them the benefit of moving in the direction to get there system integrated with WHMCS and might still pay them a visit as a customer of both systems I was just hoping to do it with a little more weight behind me with some backing information from Matt.

We do have to remember there are 2 sides to a story and sometimes even 3 they have a product that as you have said has a large market share so if that was me I would have to think if I have a large market share how did I get it? it must be because I have done something right and although there are users asking for something it may not be right for them, after all if they do everything users ask for they do risk losing their market position, even though there is also a chance that they can increase it to.

We've been using RVSkins & RVSiteBuilder for a number of years, and we also at some stage made a few very good suggestions to them on how to improve their products. Initially our suggestions was ignored, but then after a while I was told that they will incorporate the changes they feel are necessary. Even on the forums are (were?) some good suggestions by a few other people (not just myself) that also just gets ignored.

Yes I agree there are definitely some good ideas that get ignored, I am not sure why they have not taken some of them on maybe it is production costs or available "skilled" programmers what ever the true reason is I am not sure, does WHMCS integrate with the X theme or any other 3rd party cpanel themes?

I'm going to guess that this is still not integrated, nor anytime in the near future?

RVSkins is a 3rd party product, and they would need to integrate WHMCS into their product, not the WHMCS developers.

Interesting how AWBS was integrated into RVSkin but not WHMCS. The old adage of "follow the money trail", I wonder if this could be a payola issue.
