ResellerClub and .ca domains

Ok, so ResellerClub recently added .ca domains to their registry, and the .ca registry itself updated their API and requirements not so long ago.

I've had a support ticket in for 3 days about trying to register .ca domains through Resellerclub and getting the error notice:

An Error Occured

Domain Registration Error - Invalid domainName For Given ContactType

Has anybody else had this problem? Anybody worked out how to fix it?

Support first told me I needed an upgrade (only 1 version down) which I did, then they provided me with an updated resellerclub.php file which I included. Still didn't work so I've been scouring ever since trying to find a solution. I found a patch for the .ca domains which doesn't seem to have been included in the latest 4.3.1 release, so I installed that too.

But still the error persists. After waiting for around 20 hours for support and still not receiving a reply, I asked for an update and got a reply telling me not to bump my tickets! So all I can say is that so far support hasn't been very helpful and I'm hoping someone else may have resolved this problem already.

Note that all other domains are registering fine through Resellerclub.

Any help appreciated.
