Can I sell subdomains?

Yes, you can offer packages with your subdomain option and WHMCS can set them up automatically.

I have sub-domains setup and working very well. However is there a way to have more then just one sub-domain.. I have a few other domains I would like to use if I can.

I am using the letest virsion of WHMCS. I am on Setup > Product/Services

but i can not find Edit > Other

I want users to be able to register sub domains for FREE. Can you let us know how to do that with bit more details.

Yes, untick the domain options under Setup > General Settings > Domains tab.

Sorry, I meant on a per Product basis, not overall. I wwasn't very clear on that

I care because I have products which use subdomains only and others which use full domains only.

That is more difficult, you'd need to customise adddomain.tpl to hide the various options based on the product selected using an "if" query: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Customising_WHMCS
