country and state dropdowns

Hi,

I am doing some customization on the templates (default), and in the clientregister there are these two fields (state/region and country:

    <div class="control-group">

       </div>
   </div>

How can I get the <select> part of that code, or how/where to edit it so that I can style them like the other fields, i.e. the currency selection:
