Contact send page gives error

Hi,

All our emails work perfectly, but when we send email via contact page it gives following error:

Can you provide the settings you have set at Setup --> General Settings --> Mail.

Hi Ryan,

Following is screenshot of our settings. We recieve normal mails for invoice reminder and orders but only contact page is not working.
