This would be a feature that I think would be very useful. Some competing scripts have this available, and I have found it to be very good in the past.

    Regards,
Can't you just rely on Enom's low-balance email facility?

Was just going to mention that Enom had a feature to tell you when you get low...beat me to it.

If it's that easy, then why don't you add it?

Have the enom low balance email sent to an address that'll pipe it to WHMCS' ticket system - then your staff can let you know

Wouldn't that get blocked due to either an email loop or a bounce trying to reply to an automated message? Or for those that limit support tickets to members, a "ticket not imported".

You slave driver! You should give them some time off...;-)

I'd like to see this added as well...

Nope, you can create a new 'internal' department and disable auto-replies for that dept. (I feature requested the ability to disable auto-replies per-department for this reason)

I didn't realize the feature was there now. What about if you have it set to accept only current members for support tickets? Can it be over rode for that "internal department", or would you have to add the auto-reply sending address as a contact to import it?

The clients only setting is per department also now. So individual departments can be public/private as you require.
