How do i send a support ticket when license is purchased elsewhere ?

I purchased my key with a Domain Registrar, and they are not able to offer the support that i require, and tell me to contact Whmcs support.

 

When i try to log into my account, it brings up an old license key from 2 years ago, and i have also tried sending a ticket with the old account and have had no reply.

 

 

How do i send a support ticket with my new account when i was never assigned a username/password for Whmcs?

My shopping cart does not seem to work. When i type in a domain to register,transfer, or update NS and click submit, the page just reloads. I have double checked all my settings and even re-installed Whmcs and still not working.

Thank you for the additional information. The ticket has not been replied to yet, but it's not that old either. Hang in there a bit until you hear back from WHMCS Technical Support. Don't reply back to that ticket until you do, or you may delay it from being responded to in a timely manner.

 

We know that you can open tickets now, you might open a second ticket to address any license issues.

For the reference of others who may come across this thread, those with licenses provided by resellers can submit technical support requests via http://www.whmcs.com/resellersupport

 

My apologies if your reseller did not provide this link. Licence related questions (including reissues and licence errors) should still be directed to your reseller.
