    Default Canned Support Responses

    Hi Matt

    Any chance you could add a ''Canned Response'' section to the support center, around 40% of all our support questions are the same for us & the same answer applies, having a canned response section would be a great feature IMO & would save time typing etc etc.

    Your thoughts?.

    I think this is a great idea as well. Would be neat if we could pull them from the knowledgebase as well. Its just an idea. =P
