I'd like to modify the support ticket submission form and am unsure ho

hello;

I'm wondering, is there a way to make WHMCs provide each client with a list of there products when they open a support ticket, along with other options like dns, etc?

This can be in a dropdown list or lists.

If so how would I go about setting this up.

Thanks for any assistance.

Hi,

Clients can select from a list of their 'related products' from the ticket submission page as standard, provided they're logged in to the client area when submitting the ticket.

If you want the client to fill in any additional detail, use custom support fields: http://docs.whmcs.com/Custom_Fields
