I use to use it, but I uninstalled even there is no other option for WHMCS for free or straight forward like this claims to be. kerrya Posted May 13, 2014 Share Posted May 13, 2014 I use SugarCRM free community edition as a CRM system. You can export clients from WHMCS so it saves some data entry work. I'd rather there were CRM features in WHMCS itself and save a lot of work. Even something simple like creating a client based todo entry. We recently tested ModuleGarden's CRM as it fully integrates into WHMCS; however, what I think is a standard feature is missing from their module and they want to charge you to implement a "Lead Generation" form for a website.
