Hi,
This would be a great feature if WHMCS can send notification to the users
, once their domain name has been has been transferred in successfully and or failed the domain transfer.
Thanks.

I've asked for this before, but apparently there is no way to do it.
I think this is possible, WHMCS competitors are doing this by running a cron job to check the status of the domain at enom or other domain registrar which pass status using the API.

It can be done using the eNom API and checking the status. AWBS did it but failed miserably in other areas
I too would like to see this implemented...
Which ...
#1. assumes you only use enom
#2. even if you do use enom you might have multiple accounts
#3. doesnt work on domains form other enom users
#4. doenst work on certain extensions
There *really* is no simple/obvious way to do it without writing something specific to do each possible TLD and each possible registrar combination - which is a *huge* job ...

Just came across this post and wanted to add a big +1 to this feature request. Would be very useful as far as automation is concerned (and I am convinced it is possible to implement...just requires some thought!)
actually this can be done, and awbs has done it,
it keeps track of the transfer status ( not only enom ) and relays this information to the host and the users daily
