Asterisk Overduel invoice

We are looking at the possibilities of a module that will do the following:

1)Call the Client when the invoice is on its third overdue notice
2)Allow client to update credit card online using dial pad.


We have a asterisk box for phone systems and would be connect to that server.

Any ideas?
