Why in the world when member shopping and show select options for payment gateway between paypal and 2checkout in cart.php page and then redirect to other page (viewinvoice.tpl) asking for same question to select payment options (paypal or 2checkout), whey they asked twice for that!

How can i skip one of those question by ask one time about payment gateway options !
