Change time format displayed to clients to avoid confusion with hrs / mins /secs

Right now (1.1) the time displayed to the client looks like this:

HH:MM:SS Hours

This results in some very confused customers, most don't expect "seconds" to be displayed (does anyone bill down to the second??). They assume it's DD:HH:MM which also doesn't make sense. Having the "Hours" label only furthers the confusion.

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the format displayed to customers? In my case, I want just:

HH:MM

With no label.

Same question is there a way to change the time format?

Right now ours is showing a 24 hour military format. We want it to show normal 12 hour. This was changed in the 5.1.2 update.
