We will be using an outsourced support company.
We need to keep track of tickets resolved by them, and how much they will get paid at the end of the month.
Having an option to specify a ticket pay for a user say Bob gets paid £1 per ticket, then at the end of the month we can look at how much we need to pay Bob. Also with this feature I would like to able to change the amount on a ticket. So say Bob normally gets £1 per ticket, I want to able to change that to 0.50p for 1 ticket only, because Bob raised this to a level 3 admin and did not fix the problem.
Therefore we could monitor the amount we have to pay Bob.
I am not reffering Bob to anyone, just an example. Kayako support have something simular where you can just put a value of how much Bob gets paid for that ticket, that would be better than nothing, but the above would be better.
