Take signup details but not do any automatic service creation?

Hi!

For the time being I'd like to be able to take orders from clients (get payment details, service configuration options etc) and get them 'in the system' but manually create their VPS service & send details as soon as it's done.

Is this possible in WHMCS? Basically have the client setup their payment & service details but allow me to manually create everything and then send over the details.

yes this is totally possible

when your create a product under the module settings and after you chose the module name at the bottom of the page just chose

Do not automatically setup this product
