    Default Add "replyingadmin" var to viewticket.tpl

    I'd like to add a notification to my viewticket page so that it shows when an admin is replying & the time they start replying - ALL this is currently in the tbltickets database table and is used within the admin area.

    I just want to bring this to the client side, as it will hopefully help show when we start working on their issue and help reassure our clients we're working on it for them

    You can simply create this status and change ticket status while you're working on it.
