Just wondering if it would be possible to add the following:
When a client signs up for a Dedicated/VPS Server a support ticket is created automatically for them. In that ticket it may have information such as the serve they puchased, letting the client know the order was received, and a few other things. This way they get an email right off the bat from the WHMCS system, and they have to login to see it. When the server is built we could reply to the ticket and the client would have to login and see it.
Right now I get emails for information, and have to constantly tell clients to login and submit a ticket. I just feel this would cut down on this, and inform the client of the client area immediatly after purchase.
Could this be possible to do?
