    Default Resellerclub module improvement

Currently we are using resell.biz domain reseller account for domain registration that uses logicboxes.
Whenever, we accept an order for domain registration, domain registration confirmation is sent to the client even if there is low balance in domain reseller and domain is stuck in processing.
So, there must be synchronization between domain reseller and whmcs so that domain registration should be failed and no email should be sent to the client.

It should not be failed, you may want to top up and continue, it should be sent out to the client as processing rather than registered, this will then allow the client an option to cancel the transfer thus refunding them their payment

I think a better way actually would be to balance check the registry account and if its actionable then the domains can be processed otherwise you get a notice (admin) that a domain is pending. the client still gets notified of processing rather than registered.

I agree on this. This will more better if admin gets a message with low balance.

The more i think about this process i think the order needs to me changable.

Check if the reseller account is credited. If so continue as normal
If not set the order as pending so admin has to deal with it, (no charge at this point and client can cancel the order if they want to no harm no foul no hassle of refunds)
Once the admin credits then they can accept the order.

Of course this relys on regular check, but email notices would work, maybe ticket creations, my account needs admin attention tickets auto created or something.

The main thing is you dont charge the client if there is no credit. and only charge after accept of the order.

Or just manage your account better, so you have enough in there to deal with the orders

Admins already get notified of the fail by a "todo" item in WHMCS ...

Not a solution of a problem. You can create cpanel accounts yourself then why are you using whmcs? You can manage domains yourself, why are you using whmcs?
Actually, we need a facility that will reduce admin work load.
