Active Clients - That are not active

We have a ton of active clients, but not all are really active.

Would like to propose a cron task that could detect inactive clients by looking at invoice generation. A user defined limit of how long since last invoice, and based on that parse the logs and de-activate those who have not billed anything.

A report option on inactive client would be great as well, could be used to feed the sale teams a list of possible business.

I have an action hook that does something similar. It finds accounts with no active products and are at least X days old, and sets them to Inactive. It is not available for purchase, but if you want to message me, I'm sure I could give you a copy.

Once a month I usually check for such clients
These are usually the result of all their products / services being processed from Suspended to Terminated or Expired
Within the Client list they should then show as 0(X) in the Services column
These clients are then updated as Closed

Inactive clients are those that have signed up only (not purchased anything)
As above, look for 0(0) in the Services column
I removed the register link, so this no longer happens, I converted these clients to Closed

I have a module that I did that do this also but wont close accounts if they have hosting accounts, domains, invoices (unpaid) or are affiliates. I can setup when to check etc..

@Lawrence: I'm unable to message you, but I'd be very interested in the action hook you were referring to. My WHMCS is very cluttered with lots of clients who no longer are active (have active services with us).
