    Default support ticket assignable to specific clients

    it would be great if we could assign a support ticket to a specific client even if it didnt come from their email address. Just general emails from different vendors doing work for them through my company so that i could keep track of what has happened on their account in the past.

    How would you go about doing something like this? I have seen some support systems allow for a client ticket to be opened by the support staff.

    the only way i have seen this is support tickets from a live chat, im guessing they have an option to escalated to the ticket system.

    Open the ticket, click on the options tab, enter the client ID in the box provided, save. you win.
