    Question Hiding Cancelled Services

    Hi all

Can't immediately find a duplicate of this, but apologies if one already exists.

We frequently receive requests from clients asking us to remove defunct / cancelled / terminated services "cluttering up" their billing accounts.

We obviously wish to retain these for record keeping purposes, but a button in the client end (and perhaps even on the admin side) to hide these would certainly be useful, it's amazing how disgruntled some people become over this point

    Many thanks in advance

+1 from me. I think in the next version the products/services have been cleared up so this would be the next step.

I'd like to expand this and have an additional option to delete them, say after XX days after the cancellation/termination.

I don't see a reason to keep them myself, I can always review invoices/emails, plus if you want to delete a product/service you aren't offering any more, the fact that the product/service is still there, whether cancelled or terminated, prevents you from deleting the item you aren't offering any more.

I have some clients with lots of hosting accounts and/or domains and it does clutter things up when you are viewing their products/services and/or domains.
