    Default Support Tickets - Assigned

    Hi,

    Is it possible to add a feature that as soon as someone opens a ticket/views a ticket, it is changed to assigned status.

    It lets other support staff know that someone is looking at the ticket - Ive had the problem where Ive opened a ticket, written a reply, only to find out that it has been dealt with.

    I doesnt assign it automaticaly, but if a staff member is allready looking at it in ticket view you will get a message that ".. staff member is currently vieweing this ticket and starting to making a reply"

    I would like to see this option added, or perhaps a different option like some other ticket platforms where all tickets must be "claimed or taken" by the support agent.
