Hello,

 

Yes i can confirm you can install WHMCS locally if you wish providing you are running a local web server (Please see here WHMCS requirements: http://docs.whmcs.com/System_Requirements ), and if you want that as a secondary install, then providing you have a paid license key directly with us, we are able to offer a secondary key for testing & development free of charge. Simply open a support ticket, and our support team can assign you a dev license to your account
