Could WHMCS have an import feature for support ticket CC Recipient replies?

On occassion I have had to email a third party for a client as part of a support issue and so CC them in on the ticket. However as they are not a client their email replies are not imported into WHMCS ticket system and so all replies from the third party are not available for the client to read and for keeping track of all replies.
