    Default Roadmap/Bugs/Feature Request from WHMCS

    Roadmap
I would really like to see WHMCS start giving us an idea about whats to come in future released. We are basically left to guess whats going to happen in the next release. We should know whats coming so that we can prepare for it.

    Bugs/Feature Request
Same as above, i want to see a system were the public can submit bugs, as well as feature requests. This would allow people to vote for these features as well as see if they have been approved or rejected as well as tell them what version they are expected in. Also a bugs system would allow us a way to search and see what bugs are open in WHMCS so that we are not pulling our hair out trying to figure out why something is not working the way it should.

I don't understand why they stop use the one they have 2 or 3 year ago.

Having gone full life on more than one billing system I think I got this one...

Every time a group gives a preview of some great new add-on or module, sht happens.. It gets dumped because it either wont work, breaks too many other things, just too much work to implement or just simply not enough demand..

    That said:

Guys (or gals) then jump on the forums and raise bloody hell because they think it was a promise of things to come.. (then complain about stuff that is still broken they didnt fix)..

READ: they (the developers) get screwed either way..

Your always going to have somebody love or hate a feature, just the way it is. Either way, a road map is really something that should be published and kept updated so that we know whats coming. I really like the way twitter-bootstrap does theirs with milestones. It's nice to see what features and bugs are assigned to a milestone and what their status is.

    Roadmap:

A roadmap would be very nice, as said we would know what is coming up. I think this would be awesome. However I do understand about whmcs maybe not wanting to do it in case of bugs etc.

    Bug System:

Honestly I think this is a must. It would give us all a way to communicate problems to WHMCS which in turn would allow them to fix them and create a more solid release.

    Agreed.

At the moment there is no roadmap. Even a page with whats in the pipeline will keep me happy.

This is currently in the works. You can expect to see a handful of new additions and an announcement describing it all soon.
