    Default iWHMCS Feature Request

    While working on iWHMCS, My staff at times will assign tickets in my attention, after I am done with leaving a note/replying, how do I remove the flag from my name within iWHMCS so that I can A) Assign it back to the tech/staff who assigned it to me, or B) Assign it to another staff member?

    You cannot at this time , can this be added?
