    Additional Requests/Suggestions:

    - color coding on project list page should be changed so that completed Day's left are gray or black. leaving them red seems like they're overdue or still need to be done
    - project management module on home page has "my assigned" and "due projects", but there's nothing for "my due". this means you always have to weed thru other people's jobs to see which ones are yours
    - when you click on "bill for task time entries" the rate and time boxes could be 1/3 the size they are now (and still fit their info). This would leave more room to read the description.
    - anything I paste into the staff message board (from a notepad) gets double the line breaks when I hit submit. I would rather do my own formatting.

    As several others have suggested I'd really like to see due dates assigned to each task. And then I would like to be able to pull up a task list for myself (with the option to see everybodys tasks, but it's more important to be able to see my list). The task list would be similar to the project list except I could see what needed to get done that day. If I've got a month long project that I need to finish part of by friday, the project list doesn't really show me that right now. I can change the due date for the project to friday, but then if my part is due by friday and another guys part is due by Wednesday next week, there's no way to track that.

    Also, I need a report where I can query projects by: date range, project status - and then generate billable items for each client. It would be nice to have a review screen before the invoices were generated. I think you could just add a button on to the Project Management Summary page (reports.php?report=project_summary)

    If I need to bill 30 to 50 clients, for a several hundred "projects" once a month. I don't want to have to click so many times to create the invoices. I would like to be able to pull up a list of projects that were completed that month and invoice them. I would also like to be able to set on a per task basis if the job is a free or paid job (maybe via checkbox). Then when I pull the report, it will only select the billable items and create one invoice per client, with the list of tasks and time (like your current button on the project screen does).

    Can you "Sync" the Tasks in the PM AddON with the To-do in the WHMCS back end? That way I can see my to-do's in the iPhone once a taks is added in a project.

    A drop down list of pre-configured common tasks would be good. The ability to just add time to a task without using the time tracker would be useful.

    -If implementing a client area section, then there should be a Disclaimer box for the client to click where they Confirm the concept of a task (ie, a proof of concept, final draft, etc)

    -An attachment section for Client only, also for client to upload any materials in the client area

    I think you have Scared Matt off from this list.

    I Agree with the Above. Core Wishes I have is

    1. Templates - This is just such a must to really get the most out of a project Management System
    2. Priority for Tasks. Really making it easy to work out what is what priority via colour coding or similar.
    3. At some stage implementation in to the iPhone Application that would be really sexy

    I'll definitely echo the need for a templating system... most of my development projects follow a very similar process, and it'd be easier to have one (or more) template(s) that I can adjust as needed.

    A way to communicate with customers and other developers would be good as well. Some sort of forum would be one way to handle this, with customers able to see only the projects for them, developers able to see only projects they're assigned to, and project managers (a role I'd set up) able to see any project (or maybe an ACL so that can be set). Yes, that would be a large implementation... but dang - it'd be WELL worth it. There are a couple of forum projects in the addons list like this one: http://www.whmcs.com/members/communi...viewmod&id=216; perhaps one of them could be a starting point.

    This is a GREAT start, though! I'm loving it!

    +1 To all of the above. If these features could be implemented would make it a VERY compelling Project Management solution. I love the add-on so far! Anxious for the updates!

    I would like like to see the option to assign tasks in stages.

    E.g. a task to install a webpage for a customer.
    Task Setup -> Set up a domain and hosting account
    Task CMS -> Install CMS
    Task Template -> Install template

    Task CMS and Task Template is grayed out until task Setup is completed.
    Task Template is grayed out until Task CMS is completed.

    So you could assign variables to the tasks that it will not we displayed as active until "INSERT TASK HERE" is completed.

    I totally agree. This would be an awesome feature to be able to have client approve concept of task - proof of concept or final draft.

    Would be nice in addition to having only time start and finish for tasks, if we could have an input field to enter dollar amount for task that can be converted to invoice.
