Bounce Mail Management
Just as in PHPLIST, request that whmcs mail management deal with bounce mail. Flag the account for an administrator to contact client by whatever means are left to get the email updated. Even manual flagging to the list when the phone number is no longer valid.
Visual presentation from admin home about new contacts with bad information. Hrmm even AVS mismatches! =)

Why dont you just forward the "bounce back" email address to your support desk so that all bounced messages are opened into a support department?

I don't know how much email your installation creates. But, that's going to be impossible at our level. PHPList already does it so just a matter of evaluating open source software methods and implement.
