Hi

We are interested in the Livechat plugin but i see that it is limited to a windows application as well as android and iPhone apps.

Now, like most hosting companies we use unix based systems in our offices. Is there anyway to run the admin application on unix or within a browser?

I can confirm there is a web-based admin console, but the WHMCS integration is limited to the Windows app.

Are there any plans for WHMCS integration in the web based console ?

No one in our hosting support/sales team uses Windows, so the only reason to use StarDevelop live chat instead of Zopim etc, isn't applicable to us or many other companies.

Question about the live chat, is it limited to whmcs pages only or is it like livezilla and you can place the code into any page you wish?

you can place this on any page you want on your site

http://docs.whmcs.com/Live_Chat_Addon

scroll down and look at Outside WHMCS and you will find coding to add to your pages to allow this to be displayed
