E-mail From Name
I'd really like to be able to edit the From name for some of the e-mails that are sent from WHMCS - e.g. support tickets, etc.
I know it seems like a very simple feature, but it would be important for us to be able to do this. Would be great to see this in the new version, which looks very good, by the way.

The from address is the one specified under Setup > General Settings > Mail tab, with the exception of support ticket emails which are sent from the department's name under Setup > Support Departments.

The support tickets are in the following format:
From: "Company Name Support Department"
For some companies, this is OK and looks OK. For example: "WHMCS Support" or "WHMCS Sales". But for other companies, this mightn't be suitable, doesn't look or sound right, or is too long, depending on the company name. It would just be good if this can be changed without having to change the company name or the name of the support department.
