-Full text indexing- of ticket searches-
-Ability to convert accounts to sub-accounts and vise verse (Keeping Ticket associations viability options sharing )
-Ability to convert tickets to Knowledge base items (With category selection, other options)
-When merging tickets form separate accounts (Notify both of ticket replies)
-Ability to easily add surveys questions, with options such as : frequency , condition, custom field selections
-Ability to add knowledge base "item" as a reply ,rather than just a link to knowledge base item.
-Option to get notification when notes are added to a ticket
