Pre sales integration

I've searched but no answers are jumping out at me.

I want prospective clients to be able to check domain name availability through WHMCS before they have to log in to the client area. Additionally I want to lay out hosting costs on a web page then have a link to a sign up page in WHMCS.

I'd like to do this myself rather than paying someone because that's how I learn best.

Does anyone know how this is done. There is a distinct lack of simple steps on this forum.

Other questin, can i do a link to a bulk search , like two or tree terms? or it have to be by form only ?

This is for create forms, but i want to create a direct link like http://demo.whmcs.com/cart.php?sld=google&tld=.com and it does not work any more.
