It'd be cool to have an option to automatically send a pre-defined info email to selected customers when I add a new entry to the "scheduled network issues" function.
I'd like to inform my users via email that they should take a look at the Issues section of WHMCS that way.

I can so see how this would help. I think it would help to be customized however - Send to All, Send to only those on that host node / server - etc
