Automatic mail on new network issues

Hey!

It'd be cool to have an option to automatically send a pre-defined info email to selected customers when I add a new entry to the "scheduled network issues" function.

I'd like to inform my users via email that they should take a look at the Issues section of WHMCS that way.

+9999999 I can so see how this would help. I think it would help to be customized however - Send to All, Send to only those on that host node / server - etc

Would you not just be able to use the mass mail feature for this? One of the obvious benefits of using the mass mail tool that already exists, is that you could customise and tailor the message to individual customers using merge fields, such as their name, the domain affected, etc...

We have built a hook that emails everyone on the server that you select in the new network issue page. You can do this as well.
