I'm really liking https://biscuit.6sync.com/order/ ,is their anyway to do something like this with WHMCS? As they are running WHMCS

That order form is more then possible to achieve. The actual form is not part of WHMCS. It would appear that they are taking great advantage over the WHMCS API. I love their use of javascript in the order form, feels more user friendly then the standard WHMCS order form.

That is right but you need a professional designer to do this work for you.

I actually did the back end coding myself for this, the design was already in place...
