    Default WHMCS <-> WHMCS API

    I was wondering if it was possible to set up some form of communication between my WHMCS installation and a reseller's WHMCS.

    The scenario I am looking to set up is one where I purchase domains from a wholesaler directly for my clients. I also purchase domains for a reseller who then sells them to / manages them for their clients.

    I would like to set up a system so that my reseller's client can place a domain order / hosting with domain order in the reseller's WHMCS, which once approved by the reseller would create a domain order in my WHMCS, which I could then manage via the usual registrar APIs in WHMCS.

    Hosting orders by my reseller can be managed directly in the reseller's WHMCS via their reseller login to my WHM servers that I resell to them. However there is no such facility for me to have resellers in the DNS registrar system that I use.

    This setup would also be good as it would allow me to purchase my domain names from various sources and then provide those as one service to my reseller clients. It would also provide a strong platform for me to resell / get affiliate commissions for setting up WHMCS for my resellers.

    I am guessing that this would require a fair bit of development within WHMCS and there may not much demand for such features from other users. I was wondering what everyone else thought...

    it shouldnt actually be that difficult - effectively what you want to achieve is a custom registrar module for your resellers where the "registrar" is your WHMCS - best to get a quote from the developers
