Module Command Error - An unknown error occured (WHMCS not creating accounts)

I've trawled through Google and forums without any luck on this problem, so here it goes:

Overnight WHMCS has stopped creating accounts. When I go to manually create to I get the message:

Module Command Error

An unknown error occured

The activity log show this for every attempted account creation in the past 12 hours or so:

Module Create Failed - Service ID: 2924 - Error: An unknown error occured

As far as I know, there haven't been any changes to settings or upgrades and until now, it has been working flawlessly.

Any ideas on what would cause this, or how to troubleshoot it further?

I'm getting this error for cpanel module. Not creating accounts on the new 5.2.3 setup.

Your shared IP is missing. Please try again later. Contact Support if this continues. (Maybe I need to tick the dedicated IP box?).

This is occurring when I try to run a manual cron job?
