Default Disable suspension or account termination holidays and weekend

I do not want an account suspension or termination when the payment is not done and the due payment falls on sundays or holidays

This is a very good idea. This has caused quite a few headaches in the past where someone couldn't make a payment for 4 days (due to public holidays) and got suspended. Please keep suspension days to business day (i.e. Mondays to Fridays) and give us the ability to add public holidays ourselves (since this will differ from country to country)

Without writing a custom addon for this at the moment the simple solution would be to look to see if anyone has anything due on the days in question and override their suspension.

WHMCS has a built in calendar for this under the utilities tab. All you have to do is from the calendar click on the products with weekend/holiday due dates and then set their "Overide Auto-Suspend".

This of course is practical only if there aren't too many invoices due on that day.

The other thing you could do is generate invoices a bit earlier giving the client plenty of time to pay the invoice.

More practically have the client create a subscription so they never miss a payment. This way payments should be automatic for them

well it is up to the client to pay ontime before weekends or public holidays. we like most hosts issue invoices well before the due date along with several reminders, which give client enough time to pay and we only allow subscriptions, so payments are taken automatically from the clients paypal account.

And if they didnt pay over the weekend, do you need it to "ignore" monday as well (in case they're not able to pay before your 8am deadline or whatever ?)

well they way our system works is that when the invoice is sent to the last overdue notice it is approx. 25 days, which is enough time for the invoice to be paid, so if they get suspended at a weekend or bank holiday this is their fault and not that of me the host

turn off the cron ob, and just run it manually when you get to work on the days you do actually work

reading this I have to chuckle, in whmcs there are at least 3 emails sent to a client a head of the due date. if that is not reminder enough.. honestly I do not know what is. Also they could have paid before the weekend or holiday.

Clients can even add funds to their accounts that way their billing auto pays itself.
