This is not a huge issue but we do it enough it gets annoying. When you view the 'Cancellation Requests' and click on 'Show Completed Requests' it shows the oldest first.
Can the sort order be changed to show the recent completed requests first. We have billing people that process the requests and then management/sales people that want to review the reasons that were given.
I'm sure we can do this by changing the SQL code but I hate changing the code for every little thing and this seems like change everyone would benefit from.
