    Default Auto Redirect on Checkout not working

    I am a newbie to WHMCS. I was given the task to solve a problem on the shopping cart page. There are two payment methods:
    -EBS Online payment
    -Offline payment mode

    When the first option is selected, the user is redirected to the checkout page but not to the payment gateway. The option-'Select to automatically redirect the user to the gateway' has been selected on the General settings.
    Is this the expected behavior of the system? Please help.

    That's correct, when using a Merchant Gateway the client will be prompted to enter their credit card details on your site.
