    Default Customer upgrades option

We are having problems with customers wanting to upgrade their hosting accounts and have to open a support ticket which we then have to figure a prorated amount for the upgrade, manually create an invoice and then cancel the subscription and recreate a new one.

It would be a lot easier if WHMCS would be able to handle this automaticly with an option to do upgrades from the client center.

What do other users think? And of course, is this possible Matt?
    best regards,
    George

Yeah I thought I had seen mention of it b4 and did a search and went through 6 pages b4 giving up.

Were all those points there when the post was opened? I voted b4 but don't recall all those points being there.
