Depending on payment method supplements

would be nice to be able to supplement depending on the payment method chosen by each customer. For example if a customer chooses to pay by paypal payment that you add 2 € / $

I think each payment gateway should have an option to specify an increment (or a negative increment) applied when using that payment gateway.
This way I would offer a 2$ discount on credit card payment or a 3€ plus for a bank transfer.
