This thread is quite old, in v 4.4 and above a separate "Addons" tab will appear upon refreshing the page where the addon is listed. Our documentation is always updated for the most recent version of WHMCS: http://docs.whmcs.com/Bulk_Pricing_Update_Utility

I think you need to add Bulk Currency Converter , so it can be changed all existing client currency to specific one.
