Will there be such a feature as staff chat in upcoming version of WHMCS?

Would be handy to have, I understand the new version of a competing product is going to have this.

Don't you use MSN or Skype for keeping in touch with your employees? Way better than any PHP based chat could ever be.

Yup, but if it were built in to WHMCS you wouldn't need to run MSN/Skype and you could contact staff if they don't have it running. It doesn't have to be anything feature rich either, just a simple chat.

we just use Yahoo IM, I really don't see the need to have it in the script myself..
