i was wondering if this small modification can be done
i work with a time limit and its hard for me to keep figuring out how mutch time was past from when the order was placed
so i was wondering if it is posseble to apply the same system as the support ticket system
XX time has past after placing the order
or , the order is XX time on pending
then a second item i like to ask
if i refund a client then he still keeps his credits that get automatic added
as example
a client pays a invoice of 30$
his subscription pays a invoice of 30$ to
he got 30$ as credit
i refund his subsciption (overpayment) and he still keeps his 30$
is it posseble to change that ? so i dont need to manual change the credits
Then my last suggestion
i try to provide a extra option called premium support for some stuff
is it posseble that it generates a code (pincode or so ) and that it shows in the tickets what users got premium and what users not ??
