Hello all,
A couple of days ago I created a Enom sub-reseller account with WHMCS. I deposited $100 and bought a test domain. Everything worked apart from in the client area and admin area it shows the name servers upside down. Here is what I mean:
Name server 1: ns2.sequencehosting.com
Name server 2: ns1.sequencehosting.com
- When changing the name servers both on the client side and admin side it says update complete but then reverts back to above.
- When doing a whois search on the domain the name servers are the correct way round. I.e:
Name server 1: ns1.sequencehosting.com
Name server 2: ns2.sequencehosting.com

I hace checked the settings in WHMCS and on the Enom site to make sure I didn't make any mistakes when stating the name servers. but they still do not show correctly. Here are some screenshots to show you what I mean:
WHMCS Admin: https://www.sequencehosting.com/adminarea.jpg
WHMCS Client Area: https://www.sequencehosting.com/clientarea.jpg
Whois: https://www.sequencehosting.com/godaddy.jpg
If someone is nice enough to remind me everywhere I need to state my default name servers both on Enom and WHMCS it would be much appreciated. Perhaps I have yet to change something very minor.
Thanks very much for your time.
Jack
